REBUILD : Building a new era

ITeC will talk about Houseful during the panel " Engineering for Sustainability. How to make circular projects for the Circular Economy".

The sixth edition of REBUILD, the festival that will transform Madrid into the technological capital of construction, will take place from March 28 to 30, 2023. A renewed event organized by Nebext that this year will feature more than 20.000 professionals and about 500 exhibitors, who for three days will discuss, among other things, the issues of sustainability, innovation, collaborative work, digitization, and the impact of inflation on the construction sector.

Despite the period of profound economic and geopolitical instability, the goal of this event will be to propose a roadmap punctuated by advanced technologies, state-of-the-art construction solutions and BIM systems, sustainable materials, modular and cutting-edge systems for lighting, interiors, furniture, flooring, surfaces, energy and climate efficiency.

The 2023 edition also aims to make the Building together slogan its own, the ultimate goal of which will be to lay the foundations for a solid network of collaboration between public-private entities, companies, professionals and stakeholders with a view to a joint transformation of the construction industry; which is why representatives of national and international institutions will also be present.

ITEC, one of the Houseful partners, will participate in the panel “Engineering for Sustainability. How to make circular projects for the Circular Economy“. During his speech, Licinio Alfaro, the leader of the sustainable construction department of ITeC, also will talk about Houseful project as a successful story in the circular economy applied to the building sector.
