Neues Leben Gemeinnützige Bau-, Wohn- und Siedlungsgenossenschaft Reg. Gen.m.b.H.
Neues Leben was founded as a housing cooperative in 1950 and is a “non profit” organization according to the Austrian law of common benefit. Currently Neues Leben is managing around 11.500 units and is building up to 200 units per year. The working area is in Vienna and its surroundings. HOUSEFUL is the first EU-project Neues Leben is participating in.
